5월말 여행계획이고 숙소가 Port Authority 근처라 NYC Airporter 미리 왕복권 예약해놨는데 맨하탄에서
JFK공항가는 버스 서비스가 5월7일부터 중단된다네요;;;;
홈페이지가보니까 환불도 안되는거같고, 메일온거보니 Super Shuttle로 연락해서 arrange해라 버스티켓 넘버 필요할꺼다~라고 하는데 NYC나 Super Shttle쪽에 문의해도 이렇다할 답변이 없네요....ㅠㅠ
혹시 저처럼 왕복티켓 구매해서 문의했다가 구입처로부터 답변받으신분 계신가요????

The Customer experience is the most important part of our business. In order to better focus our efforts, we have chose to concentrate our efforts on key areas of service. Effective May 7, 2018 the express bus services will operate between the hours of 11 AM and 7 PM daily.
From John F. Kennedy Airport there will be two stops, at Terminal 4 and at Terminal 8 with direct service into Grand Central Terminal, and as needed to meet passenger’s needs to Port Authority Bus Terminal (PABT). Departing every 30 minutes. Travelers arriving at other Terminals will need to use the free monorail service to Terminal 4 or Terminal 8 to access the express bus service. There will be no service from Manhattan to John F. Kennedy Airport.
From LaGuardia Airport, the pick up will be from Terminal B with direct service into Grand Central Terminal. Departing on the hour. There will be return service from Grand Central Terminal to LaGuardia on the hour from the 41 Street & Lexington Avenue bus stop. If you require transportation outside of the service hours, please send us a chat message for further assistance.
If you have already purchased a return ticket and are traveling to John F. Kennedy Airport, please contact SuperShuttle at 212-209-7005 to arrange your pick-up and transfer to John F. Kennedy Airport. You will need your NYC Airporter bus ticket and number to reserve your door-to-door service.
